The Starllion™ platform provides two time-lapse options to suit your needs:
Short-Term Time Lapse :
*Included with Camera Subscription
Create time-lapse videos from existing footage, compressing up to 48 hours of video into a short 30-second clip or a clip up to 5 minutes. These time-lapses are stored for 30 days, so be sure to download them before they expire.
Long-Term Time Lapse :
*Add-on with Separate Fee
This add-on service allows you to create time-lapses over extended periods, from weeks to years, without needing to retain footage for the entire duration. The platform collects footage in real-time, creating a daily time-lapse clip that is added to the project’s ongoing compilation. This feature must be set up at the beginning of the project and continues through the entire timeline.
Starllion™ Time Lapse Software enables your IP camera to record video frames at specified time intervals, automatically generating a time-lapse video without the need for manual editing. Once recording ends, Stallion™ will seamlessly compile the frames into a unified video clip for playback.

Functionality
Easily export time-lapse progress on-demand and remotely. You can view the time-lapse video on your camera's regular timeline, allowing you to jump to specific time points as needed.
For example, a typical time-lapse setup involves capturing footage from an entire day and compressing it into a specified number of seconds. For long-term projects (over a year), a common setting is 2 seconds per day.
For shorter projects, you may use more frames per day.
To illustrate: If a project runs for 365 days, compressing each day into 2 seconds would result in a video that's 365 * 2 = 730 seconds, or just over 12 minutes long.
